Appreciation Day
Staples Teacher Appreciation Day will be held
at all Staples stores in Texas from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, August
14 and all TSTA members are invited. The first 100 attendees will
receive a free gift (while supplies last) and everyone can check out
the hottest new items for the classroom. Find out about the enhanced

Staples Teacher Rewards Boosts Rewards
Staples Teacher Rewards is changing and boosting from 5% to 10% its
rewards for teaching & art supplies, ink & toner, case & ream paper
and for copy & print services.
Teacher Rewards members will also get monthly (instead of quarterly)
checks whenever their accrued value exceeds $10 in rewards. Plus,
members will receive $3 back in rewards for recycling any brand ink
or toner cartridge (limit of 10 per month).

NEA Auto Purchase
Advantage Program
This program provides members low, no-haggle prices on new
and used cars through a network of over 2,400 select Certified
Dealers across the country. Members will be able to comparatively

NEA MB is offering its first health
club discount to members. Snap Fitness, which operates more than
1,000 state-of-the-art, 24-hour-access fitness clubs, will waive
joining (administrative) fees and give a 10 percent discount on
monthly dues to NEA members. First year savings are estimated at
approximately $100.

NEA Dental and Vision
Insurance Program
The NEA Dental and Vision Insurance Program provides NEA members
and their immediate families access to several dental plans and
optional vision insurance.
Members may choose a dental plan
based on their family configuration and budget: single, single plus
partner, single plus children, and family dental and vision
insurance coverage. Preventive care such as routine exams,
cleanings, and x-rays is included in the plans, as is coverage for
major restorative procedures. Members may also select a plan where
they choose their own dentist or the option to participate in a PPO
network.
The optional vision insurance
provides substantial coverage for exams, lenses, frames, and contact
lenses, and access to a large network of national chain and
independent vision care providers.
