TSTA Advocate

Finding information in TSTA's magazine, the Advocate, online is simple if you follow a few steps.

1. Download Acrobat Reader if you don't already have it. (It's free!) The Advocate is posted online in PDF format, which is viewable in Acrobat. 

2. After downloading Reader, click on one of the links below to view a specific Advocate.

3. In Acrobat Reader, an index of all department and feature articles will be in a separate window to the left of the page view. Clicking on these bookmarks will take you directly to that section of the Advocate. You may also use the viewer status bar at the bottom of the screen which allows you to quickly navigate the document by using the arrows to click through the document one page at a time or you can type a specific page number in the box showing, for example, "1 of 32." 

4. To read the pages online, you'll want to increase the viewing size; adjust the percentage by clicking on the arrows at the bottom left.
