NEA Representative Assembly
The NEA Representative Assembly (RA) takes place June 30-July 5. The RA is the largest democratic deliberative assembly in the world. It is the primary legislative and policymaking body of the Association and derives its powers from, and is responsible to, the membership. The Representative Assembly adopts the strategic plan and budget, resolutions, the Legislative Program, and other policies of the Association. The official hotel for the Texas delegation is the Boston Park Plaza. The room rate plus taxes and fees (currently 14.45%), is as follows.
Single Occupancy - One Bed: $187.00
Double Occupancy - Two Beds: $187.00
Triple Occupancy - Two Beds: $207.00
Quad Occupancy - Two Beds: $227.00
Additional Suites: $399.00 and up
The deadline to submit your lodging form to TSTA is May 15, 2017. All rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and completed reservation forms MUST include the first night’s deposit. More details to follow.
